Exhibition "Lojze Vodovnik" at the Technical Museum of Slovenia
The Technical Museum of Slovenia in Bistra opened the temporary exhibition Lojze Vodovnik, marking the 90th anniversary of the birth of Academician Prof. Dr. Lojze Vodovnik (1933–2000). The exhibition was organized in cooperation with the Faculty of Electrical Engineering of the University of Ljubljana and SAZU, and was on display from 28 May to 31 December 2024.
The exhibition presented Vodovnik's scientific achievements, inventions and broader impact on biocybernetics, biomedical engineering and rehabilitation engineering. The Laboratory of Biocybernetics at FE UL contributed as the academic environment in which Vodovnik's scientific and pedagogical legacy continues.
The exhibition is connected to the symposium and monument unveiling for the 90th anniversary (September 2023) and the earlier exhibition "S tehniko do zdravja" (Technology for Health) at TMS Bistra (2013–2014).
