On Wednesday, October 4th, during an award ceremony at the University of Ljubljana now held for the second year already, the “Dr. Uroš Seljak” awards and commendations were given for the best scientific articles by students at the undergraduate and graduate levels of study in Slovenia. Among others, a commendation for a scientific publication by a student was also received by Tina Cimperman from the Laboratory for Biocybernetics at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, University of Ljubljana, for her work titled “Gene Electrotransfer into Mammalian Cells Using Commercial Cell Culture Inserts with Porous Substrate” (mentored by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Lea Rems).
