Mikroskop ima dve hlajeni sCMOS kameri za so\u010dasno dvobarvno ter zaporedno \u0161tiribarvno (4-kanalno) zajemanje slik.\u00a0 Zeiss Elyra 7 je super-lo\u010dljivostni sistem, ki uporablja specializiran vzorec osvetlitve 3D Lattice za 3D mikroskopijo s strukturirano osvetlitvijo vzorca (angl. structured illumination microscopy &#8211; SIM). Tak\u0161na osvetlitev omogo\u010da\u00a0 hitrej\u0161e, ne\u017enej\u0161e, in globje slikanje \u017eivih vzorcev pri visoki hitrosti (na\u010din Burst). SIM\u00b2 na\u010din obdelave omogo\u010da podvojeno lo\u010dljivost obi\u010dajne tehnike SIM, s \u010dimer dobimo slike z lo\u010dljivostjo do ~60 nm v x in y ter ~200 nm v z osi. Zeiss Elyra 7 sistem prav tako omogo\u010da mikroskopijo fluorescence pri popolnem notranjem odboju (angl. total internal reflection fluorescence microscopy &#8211; TIRFM) in mikroskopijo za lokalizacijo posameznih molekul (angl. single-molecule localization microscopy &#8211;
